Right-Financing Security Sector Reform
In the wake of violent conflict, a key element of building a durable peace is building a state with the ability to collect and manage public resources. The concept of right-financing emerged from the OECD Security Sector Goveranance Guideline.

This paper answers three questions: (i) how can liberalization be classified; (ii) how have liberalization policies affected conflict-affected and fragile states; and (iii) what are the essential preconditions to manage the liberalization-fragility interface?
I have been writing about international relations, national security, economic growth, public sector reform and the forth industrial revolution for over two decades.
